I have just received this reed diffuser today and it’s absolutely gorgeous. As soon as I took it out of the box put the reeds in I could smell it straight away, this fragrance was recommended to me and it smells so fresh and just like I’m in a spa! I’m already wanting to buy a couple more of these for different rooms in my house. The packaging was beautiful (ideal for a gift) and no problems with delivery. Will definitely be purchasing more.

I ordered the Lemon Grass & Rosemary refills as I’d had a gift box bought for my birthday.Just so beautiful, I love it. I was then given some wax melts as a home moving gift with a variety of scents and decided I was going to treat myself to more. I’ve never used Valentte before but I will be doing. There was a slight error on my first order and I contacted Customer Services, they were so efficient and resolved the error immediately. I have to say very impressive, I’m now one very happy “New Customer” Thank you.

A friend bought me 3 diffusers as a housewarming present and I used this one in my bedroom. I loved it so much that I have just purchased another 4! The gorgeous smell always hits me when I walk into my bedroom. They are also great value and I would have expected to pay far more for what is a luxurious and expensive smelling product. A very satisfied customer and I am already spreading the word.
