I purchased the special offer - had a problem with delivery, no fault of Valentte, the customer service was exemplary and they responded immediately. I can't express how impressed I am with this in today's frustrating climate of answering machines and bot responses. Good old fashioned customer service at Valentte.

Really impressed by the quality of these products - they arrive beautifully packaged (good enough to gift) and smell amazing. I've already ordered refills.
