We Wouldn’t Be Where We Are Today Without You..

We started small, selling handmade bars of soap at Greenwich market in 2011 and, with growing demand, opened a second stall in the beautiful Covent Garden.

We left London for the rolling hills of Cheshire shortly after in search of more green and somewhere to expand our small business! From then, we started attending county shows and country fairs across the country.

A lot has changed over the years and we are very lucky to have been able to create our forever home (or so we hope!) right here in the heart of Cheshire. This wouldn’t have been possible without you – the continued support throughout the years.

You all stood by us and we are immensely grateful for that! Thank you for being the best support network and the most loyal customers any company could ask for! Thank you a million!

Our Mission

Our mission has always been simple – to create products that actually work and smell beautiful!

We believe in making candles, reed diffusers and skincare items that we, ourselves, use in our homes every day and love – that are kind to our skin (and pockets too!) and scent our homes with lovely scents.

We are very proud to overlook the entire process of Valentte – from the initial ideas, to recipes, to manufacturing every batch and wrapping every order – we do it all. We believe it is the only way to ensure quality every step of the way.

In a word, 'Unrivalled Level of Service'. I ordered 2 Pure Lavender gift boxes, one for myself and one as a present. Unfortunately I was sent White Neroli and Lemon. I emailed Valentte and got a call back from Andy, apologising for the mistake and bright and early next morning I received another package containing the Pure Lavender gift boxes. I can sincerely say that I have never received such a high level of service from any other supplier. All the products smell wonderful and the packaging is beautiful. I will definitely be ordering again and recommending to all my family and friends.

A friend recommended I try the white Neroli and Lemon. I order two sets as gifts and decided to keep one for myself. The reed diffuser smells divine and I have put it on a shelf in my living room beside where I sit at night and the sent is gorgeous. The candle and room spray are also just as lovely. I can tell that these products are made from quality oils. I shall certainly be purchasing more products in the future.

I can't give 5 stars simply because i ordered 2 gift sets as Christmas presents so i can't comment on the contents but the packaging is lovely and delivery was very quick with updates along the way. Will definitely order more.

Packaging looks very expensive , contents of the box couldn't comment as has been brought as a gift for Christmas . The free samples that were sent along with the order smelt lovely , LemonGrass and Rosemary especially was the favourite .
