First of all customer service is above 5* - but the diffusers are beautiful - stylish, beautiful scent and they smell and look so expensive - not too strong just right - so classy.
Also use the bodywash and again it’s beautiful
Just received wax melts Geranium & Ylang Ylang which were buy one get one free (so got some as a thank you) and originally didn’t think the scent was for me (and again this is where I could not fault customer service)but after going back to try it - it is my favourite scent ever (so going back for the refills) Definitely would recommend - oh and the packaging again is 5* - beautifully boxed or bagged with care and easy to track for delivery

These reed diffusers from Valentte are THE BEST! A good friend recommended them to me. I’ve tried lots of different makes over the years but these really are unbeatable! Personally, I love MOOD BOOSTING & UPLIFTING but I’m sure they are all fabulous. Beautiful scent, long-lasting, and excellent value. Service top-notch too. What are you waiting for?!

Bought two gift sets of the Spa Candle set from Burghley Horse Trials last weekend . Delightful lady served us. To my horror both had melted all over the box as it was a scorcher of a day ! I phoned up this morning and they are being replaced immediately by Express Delivery including the boxes and ribbons ! Great service, great product, recommend 100%

These are the best diffusers I have ever bought, you really get the aroma and the smell is divine. I have one in my bathroom and I can even smell it downstairs, gorgeous! Packaging is amazing and they make beautiful gifts.

I received an email offer for a buy one get one free on diffusers. I have used the Lime and Grapefruit fragrance before and my daughter loves the White Neroli and Lemon so I ordered us two each. I also received a free candle and some small freebies. My order arrived the next day by Rotal Mail and all of the packaging was recyclable - bonus!
The fragrances are wonderful: strong and long lasting. Any of the products are a luxurious treat for yourself but make fabulous presents. Well done and thank you to everyone at Valentte!
