I received a beautiful gift box from a family member and the gift box in itself is beautiful, but the smells are just gorgeous and bring that delightful smell to my room, and I can also wash my hands with the lovely hand wash.

I ordered a 2 piece gift set for my friend for Christmas plus two small hand cream jars for other friends. I ordered the lemongrass and Rosemary and white Neroli and Lemon. They smell beautiful and the packaging they arrived in is so lovely. So much care and thought had seen taken. I was worried about the items arriving before Christmas so I emailed the customer service who were brilliant. Replied in no time even on a weekend. Provided tracking number and the parcel arrived on a Sunday morning. Lovely products and great service. Will buy again. Thank you .

As usual Valente don't disappoint - beautifully presented and the scents of the candles, room mists and defusers are unique, long lasting and a delight. All of my friends comment on the aroma when entering my house so this year I have relented and the secret is out - they are all getting candles for Christmas.

Sadly, I cannot review the product in the 2 gift boxes I ordered as gifts for friends, as they haven't yet arrived. I placed the order on 24th November and no doubt due to the postal strikes the parcel never arrived. I contacted Valentte, who investigated and kindly agreed on 15 Dec to re-send by next day delivery. I am hopeful that they will arrived today (17 Dec). But, whilst I cannot comment on the products, I can comment on the wonderful service and give it 5 stars! Thank you, Valentte.
