This is the second gift box I have bought and it's lovely. The scents are gorgeous and you can choose the same scent right across the range. I have now got the scents of Valentte in my home and the homes of my friends! Will definitely be buying again.....ca't wait to discover more!

Sadly, I cannot review the product in the 2 gift boxes I ordered as gifts for friends, as they haven't yet arrived. I placed the order on 24th November and no doubt due to the postal strikes the parcel never arrived. I contacted Valentte, who investigated and kindly agreed on 15 Dec to re-send by next day delivery. I am hopeful that they will arrived today (17 Dec). But, whilst I cannot comment on the products, I can comment on the wonderful service and give it 5 stars! Thank you, Valentte.

I recently ordered 2 of the gift boxes with 2 products. The products are amazing but unfortunately they did not come in the gift box for 2. However I just want to say that the customer service is second to none. I sent an email and straight away the situation was dealt with and the gift boxes arrived the very next day. Very impressive customer service without any issues. Absolutely brilliant! This is the third time I have ordered from them and I will certainly continue to use them.
