This was the first time I have used this company but I am very glad I did. There was a delay in delivery but I was kept up to date. I ordered 2 gift boxes of the lemongrass and Rosemary, one for myself and one for a friend. I was delighted with the presentation boxes and the aroma from the Reed diffuser is lovely and certainly not overpowering. I have already ordered again, this time choosing a different fragrance.
