I first found your products 5 years ago at Burghley and the Lemongrass and Rosemary gift box became a firm favourite. I've ordered a few over the years as well as your newer wax melts. The packaging is stunning, the scent lasts ages and your Black Friday deal was simply amazing! 2 gift boxes, 2 diffusers and a free candle for just £58.
I had an issue with the delivery address, having moved house earlier this year (my fault for not noticing it on checkout) but I contacted your staff, who got onto it right away and sorted it. Super quick delivery as well. Beautiful new packaging on the smaller products too. Very happy.

I first discovered Valentte on Facebook and after reading reviews I decided to place an order. The whole process was straightforward and I had regular updates on my order. My order was well packaged and the gift boxes were beautiful. The smell was divine leaving our home smelling so fresh. The scent lasts longer than any other diffusers I have purchased. The gift boxes are reasonably priced ( especially on an offer) I have reordered as I know I will not be disappointed with my purchases. My own favourite is Lemongrass and Rosemary.

5 stars as usual! I wouldn't ever buy any other brand of home fragrance, every one I have tried ( most I think) are beautiful long lasting fragrances. I can't pick a favourite. I love them all. Great price, beautiful packaging for gifts, quick delivery and of course 5 * customer service as ever. I discovered Valentte years ago at a Christmas Fair, before there was a website and used since then.
