As a new customer I was thrilled with your special offer, the packaging is beautiful and the diffusers smell gorgeous and last for ages, however I have just received my order of a Pure Lavender diffuser and am very disappointed. The smell is so weak I can hardly smell it. l bought this for a small bedroom so it should fill the room with fragrance like your other diffusers did.

Have to say that sadly I’m disappointed. My first order a few months ago was the offer with 2 diffusers & a free soap. It was my first time trying Valentte but thought for the price & reading all the reviews it was worth a go. The 2 diffusers were lovely, as was the soap, & the diffusers stayed smelling strong for weeks. Hence I bought 2 more diffusers, 1 juniper & lemon, 1 lemongrass & rosemary ( which I’d had in the 1st order). These 2 don’t smell half as strong as the first 2 I had, despite one being the same fragrance. The juniper one doesn’t smell at all after a week. Not sure why the 1st lot were so much better but now very disappointed as I loved the first two & thought I’d be using these rather than the much more expensive M&S ones going forward

Their gift boxes are packaged beautifully and such a fantastic price given the quality of the products. I’ve had a previous order for this fragrance which I was delighted with. A good strong scent that was noticeable on walking into my lounge. However, although the scent is the same with the latest order I don’t think it is as strong. I’m hoping it will last as long though. I recently ordered more as gifts so hoping they will be as good as my first order.
