I ordered a 2 piece gift set for my friend for Christmas plus two small hand cream jars for other friends. I ordered the lemongrass and Rosemary and white Neroli and Lemon. They smell beautiful and the packaging they arrived in is so lovely. So much care and thought had seen taken. I was worried about the items arriving before Christmas so I emailed the customer service who were brilliant. Replied in no time even on a weekend. Provided tracking number and the parcel arrived on a Sunday morning. Lovely products and great service. Will buy again. Thank you .

Sadly, I cannot review the product in the 2 gift boxes I ordered as gifts for friends, as they haven't yet arrived. I placed the order on 24th November and no doubt due to the postal strikes the parcel never arrived. I contacted Valentte, who investigated and kindly agreed on 15 Dec to re-send by next day delivery. I am hopeful that they will arrived today (17 Dec). But, whilst I cannot comment on the products, I can comment on the wonderful service and give it 5 stars! Thank you, Valentte.

I recently ordered 2 of the gift boxes with 2 products. The products are amazing but unfortunately they did not come in the gift box for 2. However I just want to say that the customer service is second to none. I sent an email and straight away the situation was dealt with and the gift boxes arrived the very next day. Very impressive customer service without any issues. Absolutely brilliant! This is the third time I have ordered from them and I will certainly continue to use them.

Bought 2 of the 2 piece gift sets one for myself and another for a present. They came beautifully packaged, the candle seems beautiful without being too overpowering and the hand cream is very luxurious a little goes a long way. Very pleased with the products thank you.
