Lovely product and excellent service. I ordered two reed diffusers and two refills in jasmine and rosewood, but a lavender diffuser was sent by mistake. I contacted Valentte and the error was rectified within two days. Mistakes can always happen, but how they are rectified separates the good companies from the bad. Valentte definitely falls into the former category!! Lovely products and excellent service!! Thank you!! P.S. the lemon and rosemary hand cream is absolutely gorgeous!!!

I swore I would never bother buying a Reed diffuser again. They have always been so disappointing and pointless, very rarely if ever having any scent, even the expensive ones. However, after reading the reviews for Valentte diffusers after buying their candles and wax melts I decided to give them a try. They are incredible! The scent fills the room and the hallway, it lasts for ages and they smell fantastic!
The candles and wax melts are amazing too. Best products I've found for years! Thank You Valentte! I've been raving about your products to everyone I know!

I didn't know about you till we did a collection at work and with all the monies we collected we bought a box and it had the candle,room spray ,diffuser.We also had chocolates too.Then someone ordered it and the person it was for absolutely loved it So I thought I would try your diffusers.

I absolutely love the smell of this diffuser, it was the first one I bought from yourselves and is still my favourite.
