I was suffering with a nasty virus and sleep was evading me. Feeling totally exhausted and desperate for a relaxing night I sprayed the lavender room mist around my bedroom and pillows. The imminent sense of calm and relaxation was sheer bliss and I found it to bring great comfort. Now recovered, I've continued to use it just before bedtime (with the lavender candle too) and it creates a totally zen mood, allowing me to wrap myself in blanket of serenity. Will definitely be buying again and have already recommended it on my yoga facebook page too. Namaste
