I spray the area above my pillow and top end of duvet before going to bed and am definitely sleeping better. Had a bit of smell in a room today and used the room mist instead of an air freshener. Worked a treat and no nasty chemicals. I just adore this lavender set. I also bought a reed diffuser which is in my bedroom and a box set which I have put by for my sister in law's birthday. I am sure she will love it as much as me.
