I recently ordered 2 gift boxes which arrived in a surprisingly fast time. Sadly one of the items in one of the boxes, the body scrub, had leaked, ruining the body scrub and the box.
When I phoned to explain about what happened, they immediately sent me a new box and a new body scrub. No hesitation and no complaints. The items arrived quickly and I’ve been able to have both boxes ready for presents at Christmas.
The scent of everything is really nice, I will be buying again but for myself!
I found Valentte on Facebook and now glad that I did.

Very good quality hand cream! Smells so good - lavender, smelling very natural- like real lavender ,without any additional "adds" ! I love it ,because this product is natural and also very excellent packaging - glass jar🥰! My hands after applied this cream on - left soft,hydrated and smells so natural,so lavendish! I love ir , i use it, i will bought new one when i will finish ! Also packaging ,where was the hand cream jar - is very warm, stylish and beautiful- white cute bag! Also I received 3 welcome cute and warm cards! I am very very happy, I am recommend to everyone this small business-because they keep an extra mile, because they care! Just received my Mix & Match Gift box. This is a lovely delicately scented hand cream. No stickiness, sinks in to skin beautifully. Can’t wait to use the Lemongrass Body wash. It smells divine. Very citrusy.
