Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Your benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No hidden fees or cancellation charges.
What’s the difference between Elite and Elite VIP?
Elite VIP includes all Elite benefits plus extended early access periods, bespoke scent creation opportunities, annual one-on-one consultations, direct VIP manager access, and exclusive invitations to meet our founders at special events.
When will I receive my new season scent pack?
You will receive an email notification before each product launch. You’ll then have up to 8 weeks to confirm your shipping address in your account to ensure delivery of your scent pack. Elite members receive access 3 days before public release, while VIP members get 7 days early access.
How do I get my free diffusers?
Simply place an order of £30 or more, and you can select a complimentary candle or diffuser at checkout. This benefit is available unlimited times for all Elite members.
