There is no minimum order quantity, but there is a minimum spend of £75

Is it free delivery?

Do you have point of sale?

Yes. We provide beautiful cards that explain the properties of each scent at the point of sale. Additionally, we include a card that explains our story and how the company started. These cards can be displayed with the ordered products.

What payment method can we pay by?

Payments can be made over the phone by credit/debit card, or we can send an invoice that can be paid via bacs. Payment must be made in order to process the order.

Can we advertise the products on social media platforms?

Are your products individually boxed?

Yes our Diffusers, Candles, Wax Melts and Body Scrubs are all individually packaged. We also have gift bags and Branded Cotton Twill pouches available.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

Our team will do their very best to turn your order around quickly. On average, we try to get all orders out to you within a few days.

How will they be packaged?

If the product ordered has an individual box, it will arrive in those with a sticker on the bottom to identify the scent.

I came across Valente at Covent Garden and tried this hand cream. it is the best hand cream I have ever used. The smell is divine and the texture is smooth silky and not too thick or greasy . I have to scrub my hands a lot and so they get dry and sore but this hand cream soothes them straight away. I also have sensitive skin and will not use anything that isn't natural. This only contains natural ingredients coconut oil and shea butter vitamins and minerals. I am so pleased that I can order this on line now as I won't use anything else.
