Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity, but there is a minimum spend of £75
Is it free delivery?
Yes
Do you have point of sale?
Yes. We provide beautiful cards that explain the properties of each scent at the point of sale. Additionally, we include a card that explains our story and how the company started. These cards can be displayed with the ordered products.
What payment method can we pay by?
Payments can be made over the phone by credit/debit card, or we can send an invoice that can be paid via bacs. Payment must be made in order to process the order.
Can we advertise the products on social media platforms?

Are your products individually boxed?
Yes our Diffusers, Candles, Wax Melts and Body Scrubs are all individually packaged. We also have gift bags and Branded Cotton Twill pouches available.
How Long Will Delivery Take?
Our team will do their very best to turn your order around quickly. On average, we try to get all orders out to you within a few days.
How will they be packaged?
If the product ordered has an individual box, it will arrive in those with a sticker on the bottom to identify the scent.

Are all of your products available for stocking?

I prefer the other candles I have had as it is too sweet for me, but this is just personal preference. I will still buy from Valentine as their products are lovely and are excellent quality.
My all time favourite is Patchouli & Eucalyptus, followed by Geranium & Ylang lang and Lavender.
I would like to say a big thank you to Shannon from Customer Service for being so helpful telling me how to return the items and offering to send fragrance samples so I know which products I prefer.
