We Wouldn’t Be Where We Are Today Without You..

We started small, selling handmade bars of soap at Greenwich market in 2011 and, with growing demand, opened a second stall in the beautiful Covent Garden.

We left London for the rolling hills of Cheshire shortly after in search of more green and somewhere to expand our small business! From then, we started attending county shows and country fairs across the country.

A lot has changed over the years and we are very lucky to have been able to create our forever home (or so we hope!) right here in the heart of Cheshire. This wouldn’t have been possible without you – the continued support throughout the years.

You all stood by us and we are immensely grateful for that! Thank you for being the best support network and the most loyal customers any company could ask for! Thank you a million!

Our Mission

Our mission has always been simple – to create products that actually work and smell beautiful!

We believe in making candles, reed diffusers and skincare items that we, ourselves, use in our homes every day and love – that are kind to our skin (and pockets too!) and scent our homes with lovely scents.

We are very proud to overlook the entire process of Valentte – from the initial ideas, to recipes, to manufacturing every batch and wrapping every order – we do it all. We believe it is the only way to ensure quality every step of the way.

I first encountered Valentte products at a gift fair a couple of years ago and got to sample some of their hand and body scrubs which led to a couple of purchases on the spot and a mental note to remember the name. When I saw Valentte recently come up on an advertisement online, I couldn't resist buying a couple of their gorgeous gift boxes, one as present and one as a self-indulgence. They are beautifully presented so make an extremely elegant gift; no-one would be disappointed to receive one of these sets, especially once they realise the quality of the contents. The vibrant intensity and durability of the scent is unrivaled by other products in this price-band. In fact, I have in the past spent far more money on similar products from other brands and had far less for it. Valentte will be my go-to from now on and I look forward to trying out their other scents, but Patchouli and Eucylyptus is a definite winner so far for me.

In a word, 'Unrivalled Level of Service'. I ordered 2 Pure Lavender gift boxes, one for myself and one as a present. Unfortunately I was sent White Neroli and Lemon. I emailed Valentte and got a call back from Andy, apologising for the mistake and bright and early next morning I received another package containing the Pure Lavender gift boxes. I can sincerely say that I have never received such a high level of service from any other supplier. All the products smell wonderful and the packaging is beautiful. I will definitely be ordering again and recommending to all my family and friends.
