The quality of their products are superb. Plus they smell wonderful. I have tried and tested many products on the market for my cracked heels but nothing compares to this. Simply amazing. ? The cream is hard to begin with but it soon melts into your fingers are rubs into your skin very easily. A little goes a long way.

My heels are never to bad as being a Beauty therapist for 20 years I've always looked after them. I have tried various other heel creams as I rub in after every shower to my thinking prevention is better than cure. I foot file once a week also and have been using this heal cream. It feels quite greasy on massaging in but soon soaks in and the smell is lovely. It's so nice I've been putting on heels before bed too and the skin is nice and soft in the morning and it helped my aching feet. Will be buying again when needed

It smells lovely and overall it’s a good product but just not good for me. I don’t have problematic heels, however I thought of trying this product for an extra luxury and spa like treatment. The cream is a bit hard at first then it melts slowly while massaging it into the heels. It becomes oily and doesn’t absorb well. I prefer to use Valentte body lotion instead after which heels are smoother and softer.

As with all Valentte purchases, this does what is is supposed to do - lovely quality and smells great to boot. My husband is a farmer, in wellies most of the year, and this product is applied every night to help maintain his foot hygiene. I use it too when I need a soothing balm! On our third jar but lasts a long time considering we use it daily.
